Amber Quays Capacity
At Amber Quays, our capacity is carefully aligned with customer demand, enabling us to provide a full range of services including single-handed and double-handed calls, shower or bath assistance, sit-in, sleep-in, wake-in care, as well as respite and well-being support for families and Individuals. On an average working day, the Amber Quays team can provide up to 12 hours of dedicated, high-quality care to our Service User.
Our Care Team is thoroughly trained and supported to ensure they arrive calm, confident, and motivated to provide the best possible service. We also gather regular feedback through monthly forms, ensuring every voice is heard and valued at Amber Quays, helping us continually enhance the care experience.
