We provide a registered service for adults over the age of 18 who live in Flint and the surrounding fifteen-mile area.
We have the passion and expertise to provide social, personal, and practical care to adults living in their own home and support them to be as independent as possible.
Areas we cover: Flint, Bagillt, Holywell, Connahs Quay, Northop, Northop Hall.
Our Services
Amber Quays objective is to develop a service that has realistic time frames so that our staff are best able to support their service users without feeling pressured and rushed themselves; we wantour care providersto arrive at their call in a timely fashion, and to be calm, confident, and happy in the service they are delivering.
A culture of conversation is the bedrock of our service, and it is our goal to make time to talk with our service users, their families, our staff and all pertinent support services. Hand in hand with this, we aim to continually develop standards of service and retain and develop our valuable team members through meaningful conversations.
