Domiciliary Care
Amber Quays provides social, personal, and practical care toadults aged 18 years and older who want to be cared for in their own home. We support people to be as independent as possible, and have that persons’ wishes at the heart of every care visit. Our staff arrive calm, confident and happy to help, and the packages of care they deliver are regularly updated using feedback and conversations with service users and their loved ones.
Following your initial assessment by Amber Quays Care Managers, the professional services offered may include:
- Double Handed (2 Carers) and single Handed Care Care.
- Respite Services -within the family home.
- Palliative Care
- Dementia Care
- Support with activities of daily life
- Support with the administration of medication
- Acessing Social events and well being visits
- Night care Sleep in / wake in service
It our aim that a person-centred package of care is exactly that; it is created with the individual and their wishes in mind.
Home visits will be by arrangement and aim to suit the needs of the client.
Amber Quays offers professional home-based care seven days a week, 52 weeks of a year and has a robust support team for both service users and their staff.
We have an active offer of Welsh and will allocate the right team member to support “SiaradCymraeg” where it is possible.
